Research
The website presented several usability problems that affected user navigation and interaction. Through heuristic analysis, surveys, and usability tests, the main barriers in the digital experience were identified, which allowed optimizing its structure to improve usability and accessibility.

Three key pillars in Gatitus digital transformation
Adoption
The adoption process was redesigned to offer a simpler and more efficient experience. Navigation, information architecture, and form design were optimized to make them more intuitive.
More guided flow
Clearer information
Better form usability
Status tracking

Donations
The new donation experience simplifies the process, eliminating unnecessary steps and improving the visibility of payment options. Accessibility, clarity in information, and a more agile flow were prioritized to facilitate contribution.
Faster and more direct process
More visible and accessible payment options
Clear information about the destination of donations
Real-time confirmation and transparent tracking of the contribution
Visual identity evolution
The visual identity was renewed to strengthen the connection with users, aligning the aesthetics with the mission of the foundation.
The color palette maintains the representative green, but with better contrast and balance for a more accessible and modern experience.

In addition to the new more readable typography, text sizes and hierarchies were adjusted to improve the reading experience.

This project represented a valuable opportunity to apply user-centered methodologies in a real context. From UX research to interactive prototyping, a more strategic approach to interface design was developed. In addition to strengthening technical skills, this process allowed me to deepen my understanding of the importance of accessible and functional design, especially in organizations with social impact. This experience consolidated my ability to make informed decisions, work with purpose, and design solutions that truly improve people's experience.
